Our Store Policies

We founded Blanca Flor Mink Lashes with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our store policies are detailed below, please have a look and contact us if you want to learn more!

Due to the nature of the item and for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. you must notify us within 10 business days of your purchase. Receipt is required as purchase proof.

SHIPPING

We try our best to get orders out immediately but please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 1-5 business days for delivery (based on distance). Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. 

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer at the time the order is placed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you the customer, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery cost.  

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages CONFIRMED TO BE DELIVERED to your address by the USPS after they leave our warehouse.
